I got the best news ever today. I have been off work for just over a year now with a back and neck injury. The doctors recently decided that they won't heal any more then they already have. Because that means I can't go back to my old job workers comp have to retrain me for something suitable. I'm getting an all expenses paid trip to college or university. They pay tuition, books, travel expenses, parking, etc. As well, they continue paying me comp benefits until I'm done and employed. I am so stoked cause I've wanted to go back to school for a few years now but haven't been able to afford it. It sucks that it means lifelong pain, but this almost makes it worth it.
