I can't say enuff about The Mars Volta,,There music is mesmerizing, i've had there c.d. for a sometime now but i have just got into it in the last month.De-loused in the Comatorium is an amazing piece of work,also a tribute to the death of a friend (Julio Venegas).What i like most about this album is how Cedric Zavala and Omar Rodriguez-Lopez musical performance consumes you. You go on a musical,emotional roller coster with them,and i think it progresses punk/emo music to another level.I insists though if ya buy this album
read the lyrics and follow the story.And listen to it from track 1-10,You would not skip through a movie so why would you skip through a cd.Heres a little background about the story and the band.In the link click on band up top...
