So I decided it was time to return Katie to my faves list. How she ever got replaced is something I can't explain, since every set she's in makes my jaw drop.
What else? I'm back to work on my competition remix, I think I have like a month left before I have to turn it in, and god damn I'm going to need every last second. This whole "making music that's actually worth listening to" think is really hard, and I don't even really claim to have the hang of it yet. The spirit is willing, but the flesh could really use a better compressor and a more bands on my equalizer.
IF you didn't watch the first presidential debate last night you're a bad American. Go beat yourself with a stick you lousy America hater. I'll wait here until you're done.
Seriously, it was a nerve-wracking experience, but Kerry has finally started to shine and from everything I've heard the polls are now tilted in his favor. This makes me happy.
And finally, this is my first PRIVATE SG entry...during the departure of CE firebrand Stockula I learned that if you don't check that little "private Entry for SG members only" box beneath the journal update field then people can search for your SG user name in a search engine and read your journal entries. Just thought you'd like to know that.
Oh, and this week was the gay ass Embedded Signal Processing conference in Santa Clara that put me in such a god damn awful mood that I'm not going to say anything more about it.

You know, looking at that boring-ass journal update up there makes me think about how interesting my journal entries used to be before I really knew anyone on this site. Now my journal is just a sad parade of mundane lame-itude. Guess I'll have to throw something wacky together for your amusement in the next few days. Or, better yet, my amusement.
Cuz I'm nice like that.

I was happy with the debate. It wasn't a slam dunk but as it went on Kerry got stronger. I think Kerry was able to get George flustered and angry. I'm glad the race is no longer a Kerry referendum.
