I'm feeling a bit tender. my left shoulder feels weak and is unstable and my right shoulder has been used for everything to take up the slack. I cant even do a pushup. I think the tournament at Jacksonville St. is going to be ugly for me. I dont even know what Im trying to prove anymore.

I made chicken pie again! Im getting good at this.

I got cleared to play rugby. My shoulder isnt stable but there isnt any damage to the connective tissue so apparently I just have a loose joint, wtf? The doctor told me to re-cock on my rehabilitation efforts that had been successful in the past. No playing right flanker for me, I guess.

Well, now it seems my rugby future is in the hands of an orthapedic surgeon, who will either let me rehab and play in the spring, or make me get surgery before I can play again.
