race, socialism and capitalism...

First, listen to this:

you can skip to about the 3:00 mark as the first three minutes are somewhat unrelated, or watch them if you would like, because I agree with everything he said in those stories also.

and THIS if you want to see it for yourself.

Now, allow me to retort...

I object to the fact that GM and Chrysler werent allowed to simply fail or file bankruptcy. Their executives are white.

I object to the fact that certain banks were not allowed to fail, and even more to the fact that some banks that were at no risk of failure were extorted into taking tax money on a loan so the executive branch and congress could further extort them and dictate human resources and budgeting decisions to them. Their executives are white.

I object to the fact that we are socializing health care under the guise of "stimulus". Race is irrelevant. My medical treatment should be between me, my doctor, and my insurance. I'm not interested in govnerment intervention. I object even further to forcing veterans with war related injuries being told that their benefits are being cut so people who have never even had a job much less given an arm and or leg (literally) can get the same health care because they are "entitled" to it.

I object to rediculous emmission regulations and taxes that will only serve to wreck the economy even further and cripple interstate commerce, for which the excuse is "global warming" when I just had to wear a hoody on April 15th. Seriously, what does that have to do with race?

I object to people that have a sense of entitlement. I dont care what race, gender, religeon, or sexual orientation. If you have a sense of entitlement, my question to you is, why? My grand father came to this country as an orphan at the beggining of the depression. He never asked for a handout. He did the best he could. He was never rich, but he was fine with his results.

Now, just to make myself clear, here are two situations, in which Janine Gerafalo might presume know how I feel about them:

I'm in the grocery store, and the woman in front of me is black. her appearance screams "classy/service industry/cocktail waitress/bartender/stripper/good at it" and she pays with one dollar bills. lots of one dollar bills. hundreds of one dollar bills. As I'm leaving I see her loading groceries into the trunk of a Caddilac that is less than four years old.

I'm in the grocery store, and the woman in front of me is white. she has newer and more expensive clothes than I do. she has the latest iPhone. She has a purse worth more than my dirt bike. She pays with food stamps. As I'm leaving she is loading her groceries into the back of a Sebring that is less than four years old.

You know what the difference is between these two? The difference is, one of them reminds me of why I love America and one of them makes me sick and irritated. You can play the matching game for yourself.
