saturday night i hung out with Paul and Carlos from Interpol. we drank and smoked a lot. i think i did a tom waits impression as we were right by 9th&Hennepin... i got to play guitar with Paul and he really liked one of my songs. one of the groupies was all 'ohmygosh you sound like Ryan Adams' to which Paul said "... yeah but way fucking better". that pretty much made my night. dude gave me fifteen bucks "to get you out of the doghouse with your girlfriend" as i almost didn't get her car back to her on time.

i was really fucked and cleaned Roby's room in about 20 minutes when i got back. then i passed out until my mum called asking how the show was. my mum would not have liked to have seen me at that party. i shudder to think. oh well.
