Got not such good news about my neighborhood....the problem with becoming a cool place is that the rents went up - my place is more-or=less protected by a grpovy landlord who was a character actor - the bit is that this whole bunch of streets on the bad side of Hollywood became in because of the almost instant proliferation last year of clubs, coffeehouses, bookstores, and restaurants. Real dumps go for absurd amounts. BUT - let me know how muchyou wish to pay, and I'll look! biggrin
