Well let's see here. I had my therapy last Weds. which went really well & they have now officially cut me down to one day a week.. Yeah this sux. So I'm just going to get a membership & go in a couple extra days & use the & do some weights at least. There's a scholorship I can try & get so that maybe I can catch a break on the fundage for my dues. It may work out so that I only have to pay 20 bucks (maybe less) a month!! I'd have to go like a minimum of like 3 times a week. So now I gotta be sure some one can take me there..

Doctors appointmant was Fri. in STL.. Nothing really there just changed a few meds around & he ordered a couple x-rays & ultra sounds for some stuff. He couldn't do anything about my damn elbow though..I'll probably have to see an ortho specialist down here about it. I'm hoping they can just drain it & get this shit over with!!

Then we had some time to kill, like about 5 hours, before the game started so we hit one of the malls. I wanted to find a couple tattoo shops but got out voted on that one! So I spent too much money @ Hot Topic as usual but I found some kick ass red n black star patches to add to my backpack. Found me a Fullmetal Alchemist shirt

& a New Found Glory shirt for 5 bucks!!


Then we went to the baseball game. It's the last one I'll ever go to at this stadium.. It's coming down & they're building a new on for next season. It's just kinda sad b/c every MLB game I've ever been to was @ Busch stadium. It was awsome weather though & a great game. Pujols got his 200th HR & his 40th for the season. Plus my dad didn't know it but they were playing Cincinnati & his a BIG reds fan so he really liked it. Again I spent way to much money, but hey..it's the final season & I'll never be there again so why not. Plus hell a beer was 7.50 Yeah no kiddin'.

It was rather amuzing b/c I'm on so many meds for my muscle spazms & shit, I drank a 24oz beer kinda quick & I had just taken all my meds...Yeah I was prety good & buzzed after the one beer! I had a good time!

So I'm feeling a little better. My "best freind" was supposed to come by last night so I could maybe hang out. As usual...no show. Even though I just talked to him earlier in the week & I was bitching to him about people who say they'll come by & never do... This is why I give up on people. Eh..fuck em.
