Yes, the vegetarian/vegan diet is good as an individual choice, I believe it is much better for the body and mind because we simply start paying more attention to what we eat, there is an old saying that says we are what we eat, right ? The bad part is that for the changes to take place in relation to the climate issue, what has to change are the forms of production. It is like that idea of reducing the time in the bath ... most of the water goes to the pasture, or how much is spent to make jeans. Or how much Elon Musk is destroying to make his battery shit to make space travel something commercial. Yes, ruin an entire planet and then start to fuck the next ones.

I'm vegan since 2015 and it's the best thing that happened to me in my entire life. It's sometimes not about health and something (because you can be vegan and eat shit at the same time) it's about ethical part of this, right now I'm eliminating leather and other animal products from my clothes and shoes.
