I am watching my diet lately. I finally recovered my weight from Thanksgiving, Halloween, festivities. I always add a couple pounds on Winter Solstice it seems, regardless of diet. Then it is the Holiday temptations in full force... I'm at my BMI described weight now, that's all I can hope for.
