I get to move out of this dump finally. My neighbors downstairs can rot in hell for all I care, the inconsiderate fucks.
I actually had to scream out the window at them to stop honking their car horn, when they were backing their Blazer in and out of the parking space, honking their horn for a good 15 minutes the other day. What the fuck was the point of this? I dont know. They are goddamn freakshows down there though, and hearing a car horn for 15 minutes straight kinda got under my skin.
My estimated monthly payment for the house was $812, but all my paperwork shows it as being $590. I really hope it's $590, so I can put a decent amount of cash towards the principle of the loan, since the first 10 years are interest only payments. Whatever I pay over the minimum goes to the principle. Cool shit if it's $590, I should be able to knock a good $200 off the principle every month, hopefully.
Now to finish up the address changes and all that shite.
