I opened at work today for a change, because I wanted to go see Y-O-U tonight, but ended up not going. Opening at work was a rather nice change of pace. I seriously do not want to close anymore. I like the whole daylight thing, and made just as much cash as I normally would, with 1/15th the hassle.
I ended up not going to see the band. Hung out with my sis instead. I also bought Chasing Amy, Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back, and Aladdin on DVD. Aladdin, helllllll yeah.
Stephen told me to try to find Mallrats as an import since it's out of print, then I got the think, that "What about The Thing? Is his dork made of orange rock?" Would sound fucking awesome in japanese.
Scooter has started shedding for the first time since I got her.
But she also broke a toe I think. 
She is so tiny and fragile, she scares me when she thinks she's Superlizard or something.
All the stuff with the house is finalized. I close Tuesday. I have a friggin house. No more sorry ass noisy downstairs neighbors.
They can rot in hell for all I care.
I broke my 9 year streak of no alcohol the other day, and was extremely disappointed.
Although, I did play a kick ass game of Joe and Mac for SNES while I had a beer. Fuck yeah. Going back to being non alcoholic again though. It's just not for me.

Its worth getting the new dvd if only to hear the new Japanese voices and hear a new dubbed script. The dubbed voices take some getting used to, but thats only because we know and love the old ones (I still have my original VHS of Akira). I say its worth it because the new dub script is much better than the original dub script. Much clearer and easier to follow
