Big upheavals in my occupational life over the past while. Complications with the construction job made reconsider how valid an option it was for me. So I'm gonna fall back on some old skills, and maybe learn some new ones. Going broke is no fun, as I'm sure you all know first-hand
Lovely Aoede and I are getting closer and closer by the day. It helps that her mom loves me bunches, but I'm not too sure about the Dad situation...not only am I taking 'his little girl' away (although I'm told that is far from the case), but he's got the traditional-chinese male persona. If you've ever had personal experience with this you'd understand where I'm going with it. And me with my piercings and tattoos. At least her aunt likes to tease me mercilessly (all in good fun, of course).
For you geeks out there - go play FFTactics again, and try to steal all of Marquis Elmdor's Genji Equipment in the Limberry castle battle...goddam that took a long time
D&D game went smashingly well. Now working on the 2nd adventure...my poor adventurers have to now deal with the consequences of their actions - mwahahaha.

I completelty understand. The crazy hours are just starting up again for me. And I find it difficult to look at SG at work.

I think maybe it's also a parent-of-the-same-sex thing. His mom didn't like me for the longest time, either. Then I became her Excel guru and now she loves me. Perhaps you should see if he has anything that is broken / not working properly that you could fix?
