Wow. Was that ever an experience.
Just got back from my inking, literally. I've been tattooed for exactly 33 minutes as of right now. Here it is:
So, I'm looking forward to a couple nights of rough sleep but its all gonna be worth it. But I'd really like to smoke some weed right about now to lessen the pain a bit
The characters on the top represent the japanese word 'kime'. Its a martial arts term that is roughly translated into a blend of 'focus', 'attention', and 'awareness' all at the same time. Since that is the central theme of my karate training, I wanted to have this to be above all others.
Just below is the characters for 'honor'. Self-explanatory, eh?
Future plans include getting 'younger brother' and 'older brother' as I've got siblings that are both older and younger than me. Eventually when it happens I'd also like to add 'husband' and 'father'. But I pray the last two are LOOONG away
