today i feel like shit. woke up with a fuckin mother of a hangover, and an oncoming cold to boot.
i've slept 6 out 12 hours i've been awake, and have only eaten half a sandwich.

Get off your ass, take it to a Shoppers Drug Mart near you, buy some "Celestial Seasonings Wellness" tea. Drink 3-4 cups a day.
Add in some vitamin C and put cayenne pepper on any meat item that you eat and the cold shall be cut in severity and duration.
Colds that lasted a week for me now last three days max because of the above.
And hey ... I saw on the news about the flooding. Fun times man ... but I got a question for you ... they said the WE Mall flooded and that the ceiling/roof has holes cut in it for support so the roof won't collapse. Is this true dude? Was the architect really that dumb?
