Got a haircut today. Exciting, right? I haaaaated it when I got home, but I think it's growing on me. (Wow, bad hair joke.) I took a curling iron to some of it, put a little doodad in it, and I think it may be the beginning of a bee-you-tee-full friendship. I do think my bangs are a tad too short. I'm not stressing. Hair grows back. Or falls out. Either way, I'll roll with it. Speaking of, hardy har, went and had a spicy tuna roll at Sakura on my way back from the mall. (Yeah, I went to Mastercuts. I'm an ahole of the cheap variety. Also, real salons intimidate the crap out of me.)

Digressing.

We're catching a late showing of POTC3 tonight. Why bother having a release date if you're just going to bump it up a day? Though I realize it's a big fucking movie weekend, and this will look good for their total take, or whatever. Why am I complaining? I get to see an anticipated movie sooner than I expected! If it disappoints me, I will be sad, and will trash the pirate section in our store in retalliation. "WHY, JACK SPARROW? WHY MUST YOU CRUSH MY DREAMS FOR AN ENTERTAINING STAND ALONE MOVIE?" And then I punt the action figures across the room, taking out the Star Wars section as punishment for having a 30th anniversary so close to the release of Pirates, making me have to participate in a half-assed LAME event we're having tomorrow. I don't even know what's going on. A few costumed characters? Stamps? No thank you, I'll pass.

I'm mostly irritated that my boss told us next to nothing about the event, so we have excited nerds call us up, hoping it's another one of our big exciting events, and I don't know what to tell them. "Eh... yeah. There's a stamp release... or something. Something to do with the US Postal Service. Yeah... that's the ticket."

No more stressing about that job. They finally put up a schedule on which my name does not appear! WOO.
