After 8 1/2 hours at Barnes & Noble, I close my eyes and I see Harry Potter. 
Damn that little four-eyed bastard. I wish I could have swapped Gaiman's Books of Magic into these people's bags. I somehow hurt my hand during the day, not sure how. But I blame Harry Potter. 
No offense intended to fans. I like the movies and I'm sure they're good books. It's not the subject matter that I dislike. It's the hysteria. That's the reason why I would never go to a Buffy convention, as much as I love it. Rabid fans freak me out, no matter what it is they worship.

Ugh. I used to have to go to sci fi cons when I was in publishing. I worked for Tor Books. Rabid fans gotta get a life yo.
