Still on my old computer, but I set up the new flat panel monitor. It's neat. I have it pushed way back on the desk so I have room to eat a meal in front of it.
Don't work again til Friday. Barnes & Noble said I'd be able to work as much as I want because it's seasonal and they need the help, but they're scheduling me 3 days a week. I'd work 40 hours if they let me. I need money. All the cool people work in the cafe so I don't get to talk to them. Well, most of them at least.

and if it makes you feel any better i couldn't get a job at the local b/n no matter how many times i applied, and that was before i showed up there on some sort of strange lsd-like drug, tripping my face off, setting off the theft alarms and trying to get the ass't manger to sleep with me.
It's not like I'm even trying to see nekkid pics or anything. She does seem pretty adamant about this, although she's gotten much better at talking about herself this week. I'm cool with that for now, maybe she's had a bad experience before. Good point on the emotional control thing though - I'll be on the lookout for that.
