Alright. All settled into the new apartment, more or less. It's pretty awesome. The kitchen is about half as big as my entire old apartment (which had no kitchen), and the main room turned out to be a lot larger than I remembered it from the walkthrough. The main room is probably about the same size as my old place, just with different dimensions. And there's a huge closet. And it's $75 cheaper. If it had its own bathroom, it would be the perfect apartment. Yes, I have to share a bathroom in the hallway. It shouldn't be too bad, since the guy who moved out lived there for four years. But I can't figure out how to get hot water in the shower, and that lead to a rather unpleasent cleansing.

I'm at the computer lab on campus now, which isn't too much out of the way when I'm coming home from work. I'll be without cable and internet until the 14th, so I'll hafta be creative with my time to avoid boredom. Plus I forgot my remote at my mom's house, so I can only watch the first episode on my Futurama discs. Kinda bummed, but I should be getting it back tomorrow.

I used to come online from here a year ago when I moved to my old place, and I just recognized a guy who was always in here. I cannot believe that was over a year ago. This last year went sooo quickly.
