god my sleeping pattern is very baaad. i mjust cant sleep no more, well at night i cant...i hate the concept of just lying down or what not and closing my eyes and being in an odd state for a number of hours. i like sleep when im very very tired but hate it. help someone. pleassse

Stop sleeping. It shouldn't be a problem for too long cause you'll be dead appearently.

Nightnurse helps, or sleeping pills, Camomile tea?
