I'm desperately in the mood to drink a copious amount of beers and discuss the immense things in life that have absolutely no impact on reality. Things like the inconsistencies of eternity, time travel, and all that kind of bullshit. Preferably around a bonfire, but I'd settle for a dimly lit bar at this point.

Thats great news that you are seeing progress after only one appointment! What a positive way to start the new year. I've kept a journal since I was 10. Sometimes I feel like my thoughts are too quick to write on paper, so I started using this journal app on my phone, My Wonderful Days. You can put a lock on it, add pictures, and rate your mood. It makes it a lot easier to jot down what I'm feeling throughout the day (cause we all know how hard it can be to get yourself to sit and focus only on your writing). Once I start, the words just keep flowing. I hope that you keep up with your writing. It's a great experience to look back and see how much you've grown over the years.
