Okay. captain's log...I don't really have much to say, but miss receiving comments from folks...I figured I better bump my journal up on the 'friends journals' link...
I'll be in LA next week for my sister's wedding. I found out last night that my deceased father's best friend from when he lived in California is coming to the wedding. It's crazy because I had been talking earlier in the day about how I don't have a way to find out stories about my dad's pre-mom and diggity life. My sister had been talking earlier in the day about how it would be great for me to meet my dad's best friend so I had someone to talk to about him, and then I called her later and found out I may just get a little of what I want afterall. Of course, talking about my dad to someone who is a stranger to me may be a little difficult. But then again, I writing about it on SG...
