tonight was a pretty good night. worked and then watched an XFiles with Jen. we had some pizza. prior to this...i had a decent class day. working on this awful paper about some awful book.
i did get a call from the ex(though there have been, ahem, a few...hahah. ) all the way from new york city! hm. it was pretty nice to talk with her, she is doing well, worked for the onion, yes THE onion, and is now a nanny for some richy rich type family. we dated back in high school and she my first love and all of that. we have just started talking again, our communication prior to that was pretty much nihl.
i hasten to mention that i did send her a letter today in response to her email from a week ago. i decided to throw in the mix cd i had recently made for a film class i was in (roxy music, bowie, banshees, adam and the ants, klaus nomi), just to "sweeten" the deal. anyway, it was a good thing and kind of odd that she called the day i sent it.....perhaps.....perhaps.....
i think this has something to do with my telepathy acting up again. it gets hard to control. she said she couldn't sleep and she had to call someone and decided on me, though she has never called. is this coincidence? or perhaps my psychic connections to the world around me? hmmmm.
