today is a day that i have cut my classes, though i will be going to my film tonight as it is John Waters' Female Trouble. outside of that i am listening to the bonus disc on David Bowie's diamond dogs and finishing up a paper. it seems i am missing classes to do work for these classes pretty regularly. oh well, i think attendance, as long as you get the ideas and learn, is overrated.
so there has been a bit of a drought lately. in the rocking the casbah department, but i guess that happens.
so not too much is new. sort of feel bad about cutting class, sort of don't care. a friend of mine is playing with a band at the green room this saturday. that is kind of neat, as i will get to see my friend, but i am sure i will not like the band nor any of the other bands that play. anyway, i am having a beer at about three, which is fine. i watched some Freaks and Geeks today, what a great show.
not much to report, started watching Split Second, but it was bad, even though Rutger Hauer was in it. other than that, i guess i will work on this paper, have it done, maybe go buy some drugs, and then go to my film tonight. should work out okay. i've got a bunch of new records i have yet to listen to and i figure those need to be gotten to. the first Public Image record should be a pretty good go. though i did get this double Banshees live record. choice. i have been on a huge Brian Eno kick lately, the early stuff, not the ambient stuff.
