Well I haven't been able to do as many music festivals as I wanted too this year, I managed to squeeze in two! Dimensional rift was amazing, its great to see so many people come out from my town to party and dance together. There's a lot of fire spinners and hula hoopers that attend, and some of the best local DJs come to provide the wonderful beats.
I also volunteered at the Winnipeg folk festival, I managed to have a few nights of fun and music before my shifts over the span of the 5 day festival. All I know is I'm going to continue to volunteer for music festivals and travel in the future.
I'm saddened that I couldn't make it out to British Columbia for bass coast, motion notion, and shambhala this summer. It's going to be the first time is 5 years that I'll be missing shambhala, but there's always next year! I will return home to dance with my bass family in the trees.
