while i was throwing my old computer up against a wall this past weekend i took this class based on a friend's recommendation:

i went in with no emotional trauma...basically pretty happy with my life. i dont think they knew how to handle that. i took from the class what i wanted...the yoga and breathing techniques. some of my friends are aware of the movement and called it a pseudo cult. i know someone that is trying to become a teacher...i'm actually worried for her now...
