Had a nice birthday dinner with the family for my mom. I spent the day cooking, making a cake, domestic crap like that. It's lovely spending time with my sister and her girlfriend. I don't get to see them that often even though they live in the same town. Everyone is busy with their own lives and we tend to lose track of what is important...family and the ones we love. I'm going to make a real effort to let everyone I care about know just that.
