I thought instead of Monday Moan like I Have done before I would do something a bit more uplifting and positive!! Yes i know me being positive is a novelty š¤£š¤£
Houses crumble, cars rust and money loses value but family, friendships and contentment can be lasting ā¤ā¤ we should always be thankful of what we have and never be jealous of what we precive others to have!! I live in a rented house, am unable to work due to disability and live on benefits. But I also live with a very loving and supportive Mother, I have a Sister, Nephew , Niece and her husband and three great kids who all mean more to me then any amount of money.
I have no 'offline' friends but my online friends and 'acquaintances' (I am realist to know a lot of people I interact with online are not actual friendships) are such a massive support to me, more than they ever know and I probably should tell them more often. As I mentioned I realise that most of the models, actor/actresses etc that I follow on socail media do not see me as a friend but a customer but as long as I am aware of this the interaction can still be a positive one.
We should not look at someone on Instagram or Twitter or Facebook and think their life is perfect and better than ours! While it may be a great life and what is portrayed is genuine but even then it is it should not be envied. A lot of what you see online is fake or exaggerated or enhanced in some way. I used to scroll through Instagram and see all these Beautiful women , who looked flawless, shot in stunning Beautiful locations with great big smiles on their faces and think 'wow that is the life I want'. But the truth is photos can be airbrushed and photoshopped, smiles can be fake and their lives might be full of heartache. We need to enjoy what we see online but not covert it!!
That is me done for today, thank God for that you are probably all saying š¤£š¤£ one final meassage - be kind to yourself, be kind to family and friends, be kind to strangers!! Kindness can be free to those who give it but priceless to those who recieve it.
