RRecently Darts governing body decided to stop the use of models at Darts competions and now Formula One Bosses have decided to stop having 'grid girls' and have said the use of 'grid girls' does not fit with the modern image of Formula One! When did having some 'eye candy' at sporting events become so wrong. Hopefully those that know me in here and/or socail media know i have nothing but respect for women and truly admire them as people, but that doesn't mean i dont like, or understand the 'commercial' appeal of having beautiful women (or men) at sporting events. As long as the models are treated with respect by their agents, the events organisers and patrons then i think there is nothing wrong with them being there!!
