YYesterday we had a our satellite TV system changed to a newer set up and as they were working in my room i had to hide myself downstairs as i could not stand the thought of being in my room with a strange man ( as in a man i didn't know) 😠😠i would have thought after nearly thirty years since the rape i would have had more emotional strength than that. I got more and more anxious the nearer it came to the time for the workman to come that i was on the verge of a panic attack , but managed to hold it together by staying in the kitchen. So disappointed in myself😠ðŸ˜

Lovee sometimes our minds seem to get out of control when we least expect it ... It's when we have to try to go back inside and know that we are strong now, and what we go through does not define who we are!! We are human and the weakness come and goes all the time, for many reasons! I just hope you stay good always 😙💖

It also happens to me to be very emotional in some situations. But I try to always have a positive attitude. Who is emotional is also a person more attentive to the needs of others and more atruistic. He devotes more care and attention to those he loves. So a weakness can also be a strength. )
