Today in the UK, the British Commonwealth, and parts of Europe is Rememberence Day and tommorow is Rememberence Sunday!! The date is in rememberence of the end of World War 1 but it is a time to remember and those brave men and women who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our peace!! Some say why bother with it now as WW1 and WW2 were so long ago but it is not just about remembering the fallen of the ' Great Wars ' (hate that term as nothing great about any war!!) but all who have fallen and we are at war with ISIS right now!! I will never apologise for my undying gratitude to all who put on a uniform to defend my freedom and any chance i get to publicly remember and honour them is important and something i will promote and support!! In closing for those who don't agree with rememberence day or have distain for the military (and that is your right to feel that way) please try and remember it is the fallen and those who still serve that provide you the freedom to have such views without fear of reprisal or imprisonment!!
