Ran the Long Beach Marathon yesterday in 4:32:42. I had a goal of 4 but fell apart around mile 17. I got dehydrated because I did too much caffiene and I just didn't have it in me to run that pace yesterday. But I finished, it wasn't my slowest, and I actually feel pretty good about it today.
