Today I took my first pilates class ever. Me and a bunch of housewives. Gotta strengthen my core though if I don't want my back to run my life. I was gonna say something about getting old sucking but I don't think it really does, it just hurts a little. wink

not really, it is for an independent study and the grad assistant who is suppose dot go and sit in and do the fill in for the entire last semester would rather be golfing than giving a report on a friday afternoon, so i have to go do it, since i was the one who did all the work last semester. thank god, it is a one shot deal

I like having my Fridays free too. Next week this will go back to being on Tuesday. Too many people complained about the Friday part.

For the past five years I have been off of work the week before Christmas, last year I went to Cancun. I'm working up until Christmas day, and my bonus was about 5%of what it was last year. Soooo. Do I feel sorry for myself or as my friend Donny O'Shea said, feel lucky that a scumbag like me even has a job? eeek

While my life is too boring to update, it is also too busy to participate much. I am amazed that people have time to to the myspace/LJ/here/wherever else thing. Do they ever leave their computers? I'm going for a bike ride.

I don't know whether it is work or stress or season or a low grade infection but I just feel tired all of the time. Probably diet. puke and age blackeyed

a belated thanks for your foot advice ... i did get the inserts .... turns out i tore the ligament that runs the length of my foot and thusly developed a minimal heel spur ... feet problems suck

and currently i feel the same way you do ... i believe we work way too hard
