Hello all,
I have been so busy lately that I haven't had hardly any time to post what has been going on in my hectic life. I am booked solid for about a month with photo shoots.
Yesterday I went over to Sweatnapper's studio and did a photo shoot. He is not your regular photographer. Most of his work is portraiture using wet-plate collodion process. The results are 8x10 images on glass. Pretty much a one-of-a-kind deal because he paints the back and can't print from it. You can see more details on his site if you're interested.
I had to stay perfectly still for about 15 to 20 seconds. Once the shot was set up and exposed he would developed them right there in his dark room. It is certainly not like any shoot I have ever been to because it is not just point and shoot. We got 6 images in about 4 hours.
Here are some of the results.
