Interesting true story for the weekend.
Off the Florida coast a 280 ton ship ran aground because of the captain's flatulence. As the ship approached the coast the captain farted, a fart so disgusting and stinky that the helmsman fled the bridge to get away from the stench. This then caused the ship to go out of control and crash into a beach.

I was going to leave something silly at first, like "Where do babies come from?" I'm glad I didn't do something strange like that.
In response to your question, they recommened polysporin, but I can't use it, since I'm allergic to penicillin. I'm stuck with Extreme Care Lubriderm because of the allergy.
