The Hollywood Theater in Portland, OR

Hello Again, (и снова здравствуйте for those that read Russian – I know there's a couple of you). So, as of early September 2017 I now live in the wonderful city of Spokane, WA. For those of you outside the United States, that’s in the Pacific Northwest not far from the border with Canada. We refer to Canada jokingly

Hello, Hola, Oi, Bonjour, Everyone! So much has occurred over the last five months that I will have to break my next entries into several smaller segments. So let’s begin!

Here is the building where I live now – it was built in 1906 as a hotel. I love it! Wait until you see what it looked like on Halloween!

Six months I ago I

Hello all you wonderful people in the delightful digital world of SG! I just want to update my page as I haven't really had the time to even view any sets or make any serious posts for the last 3 months. My life turned upside down in September when I had to move to a new state in order to take a promotion and a...

As you may have guessed from the final image at the end of part (chapter) 2, I was haunted by the beautiful smile of @midnightsun, and as a result, I decided to make the primary character in my book a gorgeous African-American woman, which turned out to be a perfect fit for the story. The character is named Monique Nicole Paulson, Phd, or "Nikki" for

Hello again awesome people-

Part 2 is longer than part 1.

During the frenetic last five months that I've been writing my current novella, I traveled twice. The first time, I went on vacation to San Diego, CA. For those of you outside the U.S., that's about 120 miles (193 km) south of SG headquarters in L.A., and 811 miles from where I live in

As always, I have been as busy as the inventor of a time machine racing against time to build a new machine to go back in time to stop himself/herself from inventing the first one. So, please forgive me for allowing my page to become outdated again. I will break my update into chapters and try to be brief, although that's going to be difficult:

Sounds interesting. How much of an homage to H. P. ?? Have you checked out the H. P. Lovecraft Historical Society ( .com ) ? The are now offering a thumb drive with readings of all of his fiction for $75.00.
dhyani:
The novella is definitely Lovecraftian, although I may have created a new crossover genre in the process of writing it. It is partially a sequel to The Dream-Quest of Unknown Kadath, but goes far beyond fan-fiction and opens a door to the Dreamlands that H.P. lacked the courage to open.  As much as I want it to be successful, I know it won't be everyone's cup of tea. I'm finishing the final editing based on the feedback of my beta-readers at this point. Yes, I'm a fan of the HPLHS and the HPLFF. Thanks for your interest!

YES. More than once, and I'm fairly sure they've seen me.

SÍ. Más de una vez, y estoy bastante seguro de que me han visto.

A note to my friends that read Spanish: Please forgive my Spanish - I have been lax in my studies.

Una nota a mis amigas que lee español: perdona por favor mi español - he sido laxista en mis estudios.

My life has been absurdly busy lately. I've given enough attention to my day job that I've been tagged for a possible promotion (which I'm not sure I want), and I've been driving myself to write at night. Add that to regular workouts at the gym, home maintenance, cooking and cleaning, and you have a recipe for burnout.

So I decided to take a break...

Hey Everyone! I have been very impressed with the enthusiastic responses to the 7/10 Blog Homework proposed by @Missy and @Rambo. I have seen a wide variety of responses, from a rant about how celebrities are over-emphasized in the media to fun examples of once-in-a-lifetime encounters to a superbly creative blog from @lyamoon that just made me smile.

For the record, I do want to
