Hola mis amigas y amigos!
I tried writing a new blog entry the night before last, but it turned into a rant about work. Who wants to read about the financial ramifications of a phenomenal blunder on the part of corporate vice presidents? Not me, and I bet you don't either.
So, here's some more interesting reading: my brother just got back from England and Scotland. Que lechudo! (What a lucky duck!) Actually, he saved for years to go on the trip, so luck had nothing to do with it, other than the good fortune of making the trip to and fro without negative incident. He updated his Facebook photo to a picture of himself wearing a kilt (and a very nice shirt). He also sent me pictures from Stonehenge. Neat!
I'm very happy to see that my friend Starglow not only turned PINK, but is on the FP! Yea! I love it when hopefuls make it to Pinkdom...Pinkness...Pinkitude...Pinkidad!
I've been exploring the SG site a bit more, and I discovered the "Fan Art" group. I'm tempted to do a drawing or two myself just for my own amusement. We'll see if I can find the time; I've got to get those synopses for my novel done!
It takes a lot of elements to create a successful SG photoset, or so it would seem. My thanks to the girls who have the courage and self-esteem to be photographed, and also to those people with the skill to do more than just wield a camera. Thanks to the SGs who have brought my attention to their sets, as well. While I'm at it, thanks also to the Staff of SG that do such a great job at maintaining the site!
