It's no secret that my mental health hasn't been.... where I'd like it.
As always, though, I turn back to music. It is the great unifier, and what touches the soul.
Here's what I'm asking of you guys: What Song, lyric, riff, phrase of a song is your comfort blanket? Honestly, I want more of this in my life.
I'm going to make a playlist/etc for everyone and call it "In Case of Emergency: Hit Play"
The first one I'm going to add (from my much loved goth phase) is Dead Souls by Nine Inch Nails (which is a cover of Joy Divison... I prefer this version). Not so much the lyrics... But the intro Riff.... and the middle "Keep Calling Me" solo.....
