You got to love the weather around here! It was 75 degrees and sunny on Monday. Now today the temp is in the lower 30s and it has been snowing since midnight.

That is just not right!!!

*edited because my grammar was atrocious.

The Sopranos=the New Crack.
I'm completely convinved of this. That's some phenomenal writing and acting though.

Did you know that Maurice Sendack did the set design for (Dallas/Houston?) Opera's version of "The Magic Flute". The monster costumes were great...the whole atmosphere was very much "Where the Wild Things Are", but lifesized...some opera companies (like ours) rent sets and productions..maybe it'll come to your town...don't miss it if you like Sendack(sic).

Had a nice christmas but really glad it is over. Having to deal with family can sometimes be a little stressful.

Went to my favorite sushi bar tonight Kyushu on Newtown and had a great meal. Going to hang close to home for the rest of the night just a little burnt out! smile

Just saw Return of the King and it was awesome !!! I have read the books at least a dozen times and the story never gets old. Peter Jackson has done a fantastic job bringing LOTR to the big screen. The movie is quite long around 3.5 hours but grabs your attention and wont let go. One piece of advice learned from experience, don't drink...

I agree, that movie kicked much ass. I haven't read any of the books, and I didn't really like the first 2 movies as much. But the last one was incredible! I give it 5 stars too. smile
