Waking You

Stirring in your contrapposto sleep,
I creep to you,
Nuzzeling in the humid, warm,
Semi-sweet sour smell of you
Becoming aware of me.

The pin stripes of light wrap your curves
And blue-grey shadows dance across
Your pale naked skin in the filtered
Morning light.

Barely seeing you smile,
Gentle moans of waking,
stretching yawn, wiping sleep away.

Little toes tickling me as i'm tasting you,
drinking you thirstily.

You're my morning coffee.
My evening aperitif.
Drinking of you wholly,
Rousting you from sleep.
