I would suggest looking for another job, becuase it doesnt seem the company you are working for does a good job at making a profit....

Here's a link to an employee rights attorney in your area. If he won't give you a free consultation, I'd look into your area labor board or even the better business bureau, if your company is a member. Good luck.
