I work for a company that is gives me my pay check late!!!!!
They have done this 3-4 time now. Most of the time it's only a day but, this time they are saying it's going to be four days.
Is there anything I can do????

No actualy i dont think there is anything you can do. maybe get direct deposit? somtimes thats helps. but legally as long as they pay you i dont think there is anything you can do.
