Well when it comes to real estate, I really must say that research upon research is all there is to it. With a few of the right contacts and a lot of web browsing you can find property everywhere...the real problem is time. Its not only very time consuming, but you have to be able to wait in order to get the piece you want...hell just to see a list in this area I'll have to wait till the end of the year when they actually post a list. But yeah, whatever right....I guess saving money is what im going to have to do till then because you can only pay in cash.
