Actually I keep the cooking of the fish fairly simple...if its a bigger fish 8" or more...usually trout then i will gut it scale it cut its head off and fry it...

For smaller fish blugill, perch, sunfish...Ill fillet then and then fry the fillets..

And finally for salmon...mmmm....they get baked after being cleaned and scaled..And are really good if cooked with just a bit of basil spread over them before baking...among the other usual seasonings..

Went again to pine lake the other night and caught one trout...decent 10 inches and 2 perch that were even bigger...

of course i didn't keep the perch due to the 1 inch needles sticking out of their fin...so i let them go to save my little inflatable boat..

Ordered a new boat tonight with three day delivery...should be here by next weekend... Two steps above mine and also ordered the trolling motor attachment to go with it...wahoo...save overall about 100 bucks or so even with shipping included.. So ill have a five person inflatible instead of a 3.. More room to move around in. its not bad considering its 11ft long and inflatible...every womans dream right lol...ok i guess ill take a nap...Got to finish the flush in my car before i can go to work tomarrow.

The original factory gm upper radiator hose decided to burst on my way to work tonight so i took the night off to fix it...
