Im overcoming my belief that that I could'nt swim!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Because I can!
It has been so hot (35degrees yesterday), that I've been swimming in the lake - as long as my feet don't touch the weed its all good. I've always been funny about what might be squirming about under my feet (and about having my toes bitten off), I see one-legged ducks and seagulls as a warning!
It seems that although at school I couldn't master 'freestyle' and was put in the retarded swimmers group I shouldn't have let it shake my confidence quite so much - drowning is as scary as having my toes bitten off! So I havn't progressed to diving again yet (damn weed) - had a great time watching my mates belly flop and kick air though
Work is going well - no drive offs, over-fills or customers that bite... and I am beginning to make friends of my own again
Real life ones lol - being new back in town and all. I've also been checking out the groups on SG and finding it a good way to pass the day - Maybe I'll see you there..

i still cant fuckn freestyle and i love swimming! you have to be way to coordinated for that!! how often do you need to swim that far anyway...i just stick to my froggie swim i learnt when i was about 7
