No I didn't flee the country. But I had to be evacuated from Savannah due to the storm. I've protected all my electronics and I know the exterior of my house is okay, but I'm worried about internal damage. A friend checked in and knows we have no power but we don't know if it's flooded at all.

I stayed home on Whitemarsh Island & rode it out. It made for an exiting Friday night. I was lucky, 60 hours withough electricity was my only damage, but the islands were hit hard & recovery will take a while. Chatham County is still under a 10:00 PM curfew.
