Bout to take my bike up to the store and roll out with a fifth of Sailor Jerry's and some scratch offs

I had a wonderful week, and probably the best birthday ever. In the last week I've gotten:
Ridiculously spoiled by my man
Multiple birthday meals with different family and friends
Lots of money that I certainly didn't expect, but very much appreciated
A bike and bike rack for my car
Tank Girl: Apocalypse, and The Odyssey
A matching couch and love seat set
A new 360 controller
A blender

Found him at a flea market in perfect condition with all his tags intact, and just had to have him. I have looked everywhere online for some info about it, but I've only found 2 pictures in google images, and the only information I can get it that he is from 1996 (according to the flea market), it's a 30th anniversary Star Trek collectable, made by the company Applause, which it apparently known for making a lot of officially licensed Star Trek merch.

Can anyone tell me any more? I'm curious as to how much he's worth, if anything. I'd never part with him, but I just want to know if it's kind of rare, or if it's just that no one on the internet cares. I appreciate anything you guys can tell me about him!
