I have a side job to do. Ceramic tile. He wants ceramic on the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room floors, on the counter tops and back splashs, and on the landings of the stairs. He also wants a custom weeping wall. And for this I'm chargeing close to $5,000.00. He also want hardwood in his Living Rm and upper hall. For that I'm charging 1,250.00. And he wants some stuff done in the master bathroom. For that I'm charging .... well, I'm not sure yet. But I know it's alot. Anyone want some work done in thier house?
