When I stepped outside this morning to go to work, it was soooo beautiful out. Not too warm, not too cold...absolutely perfect. It was one of those ideal mornings with a soft breeze and a pristine-looking sky. The kind where the air is just slightly cool enough to make the hairs on your arms stand up on end. Kind of like when you're on the verge of goosebumps. I love that feeling...it feels soooo good. The birds were chirping, the streams outside my door looked fresh and crisp. It was one of those picturesque moments that makes you appreciate life. 
I'm really excited about the summer almost being here. I'm really excited about life in general really. I'm scared and excited about the idea of the unkown. I'm excited about meeting new people and making new friends. I've already met some really cool people from this site...and I'm looking forward to meeting others. I'm excited about the idea of bettering myself as a person. I had a talk with my brother-in-law the other night which was totally inspirational. I think that is what has feuled this in me. I'm not just going to let it go this time, like I have so many times in the past.
I'm tired of sitting around thinking about everything I WANT to do, and never doing it. I want to take classes...a cooking class, more art classes, salsa dancing, photography, kickboxing. I'm tired of wasting my afternoons watching TV. NO MORE. Well...except for the Laker's games of course. (I gotto watch my boys!) I'm tired of working my ass of to make someone else richer. I will make a living for myself eventually...and a good one! I want to go hiking more. I want to go to the beach more often. I barely went last summer...I was too busy partying on the weekends and sleeping in til the afternoon. It's kinda hard to get a tan on the beach at 5 in the afternoon!!! I want to go camping. I have camping reservations by the beach this summer if anyone wants to join! It'll be fun. I love sitting in front of the campfire at night with good people and good drinks. It's sooo relaxing.
