I had the most mental, WORST sleep I've ever had last night. I just can't sleep soundly anymore....

Ok...I got 8 hours of good sleep, ate a healthy breakfast and lunch, I don't feel particularly stressed, and it's not that time of the month for me ... so why the hell do I still have a headache?

HEADACHES SUCK ASS. They are the story of my life.

Why is there such a comfort in being sad?

I need to stop dreaming of that someone who can fix everything and just fix it already.
